  2. Get Serviced — At any participating Jiffy Lube in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories and the Yukon during the contest period.

  3. Scan & Submit — scan the QR code displayed at the store to open the entry form. Complete the form with your:

    • Name
    • Phone number
    • Email address
    • Mailing address
    • Invoice number
    • Jiffy Lube location visited
